Returns & Exchange

• We require product to be returned for quality inspection to prevent such rare issue from occurring again.
• The product returned must be in original unused condition, with outer packaging intact, and in perfect saleable condition.
• The product is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure that the item is packed securely to prevent damage during the return transit.

Customers are strictly not eligible for refund or replacement under the following:

• You have purchased the wrong item
• You have changed your mind
• Damage occurred during the shipping process
• Used and/or opened item with security seal broken
• Clearance items which are on final sale
• Any product, due to hygiene purposes, including (but not limited to) hair brushes, cosmetics, hair and beauty tools, hair and body jewellery, manicure/pedicure tools… etc.

For return, exchange, or refund, please email us at [email protected] with images of product received before sending the item back to us.

If a faulty or incorrect item is received, we will bear the shipping costs for return of the item.

When we received the returned item, exchange or refund (case by case basis) will be processed with purchased value excluding initial shipping costs.

Returned item must be in its original packaging which cannot be broken or in any way damaged. Otherwise, an exchange or refund will not be possible.
