Are the products authentic?

As end-users ourselves, we strongly believe in quality real products. All items sold on Tinge Glow Magic are guaranteed authentic, at the best possible prices.

I tried to add an item to cart but it is sold out, what do I do?

This may have occurred due to the quantity input in our settings. Simply email us at [email protected].

I have made the payment but did not receive any confirmation email.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with
your order details. If you did not receive it, please check your junk/spam
folder. Otherwise, please contact us at [email protected].

I have made the payment but my order is still on hold.

Once your payment is verified, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is being processed.

I cannot find the item I am looking for.

On the search bar, simply type in the product brand, name, or description.

What are the payment methods available?

Our payment methods are Inter-bank Transfer, Credit Card, and PayPal.

For Inter-bank Transfer option, do note that unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

Can I cancel the order?

Unfortunately once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel nor amend it.

My order did not arrive in the stated time frame.

The date on the product is outdated, is it expired?

No, it is very common to find manufacturing date instead of best-before date on some products.
